Walker re-elected chair of college board

George Walker, a member of the Board of Trustees of Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in Clarksdale, was recently re-elected chair of the State Board for Community and Junior Colleges for the ninth consecutive year. The founder of Delta Wire Corporation in Clarksdale and currently president of W-W-W Corporation in Clarksdale, Walker is also a member of the Executive Board for the Enterprise Corporation of the Mississippi Delta and the Mississippi Business Hall of Fame.
