New treatment available at Baptist

Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle is now helping chronic hemorrhoid sufferers get relief. Patients who require surgery for their hemorrhoids now have a surgical treatment alternative, which offers less pain and a quicker recovery time than traditional hemorrhoidectomy procedures. This breakthrough approach, called the Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids, was introduced in the U.S. in October 2001 and is growing in popularity among physicians.

This is a very indirect way of responding to your post with something that I do know about, and that is hemorrhoids. People are always looking for a quick fix through pharmaceuticals and medications instead of finding out what's right for the body...

I think that the main problem with a lot of hemorrhoids remedies (and most traditional medicine) is that it is designed to mask the symptoms. Certain herbs can work with our body to eliminate the root cause of hemorrhoids. Eliminating the causes of hemorrhoids will relieve the symptoms naturally. Why do people wast valuable time and money on medicines that will only temporarily 'fix' the problem? I think that they just don't know. Well, I found out the long, hard way that there is a natural treatment for hemorrhoids.

Just my thoughts,
Dustin Ole
