River Oaks Hospital’s Emergency Department recently received The Schumacher Group’s Best Practice Award. The award is given to the hospital that has made the most improvement in patient care and best represents the ideals set for the TSG.

Carol Schwanebeck, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the ED, was also awarded the Service Excellence Award by TSG.
