Pratt practicing at Yalobusha General Hospital

Heidi Pratt, a family physician, will begin practicing with Yalobusha General Hospital in Water Valley. She will be sharing space in the Water Valley Medical Clinic with Dr. Joe Walker.

Yalobusha Nursing Home opens new wing

Yalobusha Nursing Home in Water Valley recently added 30 new employees and 50 new beds at the facility. During the ribbon-cutting, Carolyn Spears was presented a plaque in honor of the new wing, which was named after the late Dr. Dalton E. Spears. The addition cost around $2.5 million. The hospital is also currently beginning plans for a hospital renovation project, which will include some structural changes.
