Brenda often comes in to work extra. She was recently phoned at home while on vacation to see if she would come in to work. She did. She is a valued and dedicated employee. She very seldom says no when asked to work an extra shift or to stay over. This decreases stress on her co-workers. She is very considerate of others and works very hard. She is a valued employee. Ashley consistently provides a high level of care to patients often going “the extra mile”. She enhances the reputation of Wayne General Hospital and sets a good example for others. She provides training services to Wayne County High School on a volunteer basis and provides good public relations for WGH. She is now pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree which will allow for a higher level of expertise.
Debra Williams, RN, Emergency Room
Debra displays a willingness to work in any department at any time from OB to Med/Surg to ER to surgery. She is a shining example of the flexibility that makes her an asset to WGH. On several occasions she has voluntarily went to ER and worked as long as she was needed there. A lot of times you can find her helping out and floating in other areas where she is needed without even being asked. She simply learned there was a need and she met that need. Debra has often stated, “I don’t mind helping out, I’d rather be doing something than just sitting around”. She is truly a hard worker and she gives her all in whatever she does. She is an extraordinary nurse with experience to handle herself in almost any setting. She can multi-task and is the quality of excellence that makes Wayne General shine.
