New guidelines issued for Alzheimer's disease

Alzheimer's disease experts have released new guidelines that broaden the definition of the disease to include people with early-stage disease symptoms and recognize the disease as a continuum. The guidelines also encourage research on biomarkers for the disease to help improve early diagnosis.
