Mental Health System 'Close to Fracture'

Community-based mental health providers are reducing services, and relying more on hospitals to provide psychiatric care. But the nation's health care system does not easily accommodate the treatment of mental illness, and leaders are overlooking the impact, says a hospital CEO.
