
Keena M. Kaiser, BSN, Nurse Educator, Trauma Program Manager for Oktibbeha County Hospital, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in nursing.
With 24 years of professional experience, Ms. Kaiser specializes in trauma care management. She is responsible for conducting orientations for new employees, ensuring that they understand their responsibilities, acting as a liaison between nursing and hospitals schools, performing as a trauma program manager in a level three trauma center, registering patients to the state, educating the community to prevent crisis, working with children in emergency room and training nurses.
Ms. Kaiser received her bachelor of science in nursing from Central Missouri State University in 1984. She is a member of Prarie Council Nurse Educators and the Mississippi Hospital Association of Nurse Educators. She attributes her success to her passion for nursing. In the future, she intends to teach nursing programs or become a travel nurse.
