The MHA Quarter Century Executive Forum was formed 25+ years ago as a special honorary and leadership organization, “in order to recognize contributions made to the Association duringtenure as hospital executives.”All executives with 25 or more years of service can be consideredfor membership in the Forum.
The 2012 candidates will beinducted into the Forum on Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at the MHA Quarter Century Forum’s Reception and Dinner, to be held during the MHA Annual Leadership Conference.If you or executives in your organization are interested in membership, please see the nomination guidelines listed below. All nominations will be reviewed and inductees selected throughthe Quarter Century Membership Committee. All confirmed inductees will be notified prior to the Leadership Conference.
Guidelines to Submit Nominations for Quarter Century Membership
- Each nominee must have 25+ years of service within the healthcare industry.
- To nominate, submit a biographical sketch of nominee, including name, title, facility address, phone, email. Include work history, showing 25 years of service.
