The Cleveland Crisis Intervention Center is seeking qualified individuals for the Director of the Cleveland Crisis Intervention Center. Preference will be given to applicants who possess a master’s degree from an accredited four year college or university in Health Administration, Public Health, Psychology, Rehabilitation, Social Work, or directly related field. Director of Human Resources - Biloxi Regional Medical Center, Biloxi, MS

Director of Human Resources reports to the CEO and serves on the key management team. The HR department has five employees (including the director) and 755 employees in the hospital which has 198 beds (including a 45-bed Psych Facility).

Looking for an HR Generalist with a BS and 5-7 years experience or MBA with 3-5 year’s experience.

Biloxi Regional is part of Health Management Associates, a 57-hospital for-profit organization whose home office is in Naples, Florida.

This position is responsible for recruiting up to and including department director level positions.

Minimum salary level is $60,000 for a seasoned HR Director.

Baptist Memorial Hospital Golden Triangle is seeking the following openings:

Pharmacist - Qualified candidate must have a B.S. Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D and Mississippi license required.

Physical Therpaist - Qualifed candidate must have B.S. degree for physical therapy and have a temporary or current Mississippi license. Physical Therapy Assistant - Must have an associate degree for physical therapy assistant and current Mississippi license.

Staff Chaplain - Must have Master of Divinity from an accredited seminary and 4 quarters of Clinical Pastoral Education from an accredited Clinical Pastoral Education center (C.P.E.) Must have the ability to provide pastoral care as acquired through at least 1 year of pastoral experience in a Southern Baptist Church. Must be eligible for denominational endorsement with the North American Mission Board, SBC, and for Board Certification with the College of Chaplains required.

Candidate must have a degree in Human Resource or related field with five to seven years Human Resource management experience required. Hospital or healthcare experience strongly preferred. M.S./M.B.A. with SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
