The Mississippi Hospital Association is pleased to announce its newest society, the MHA Society for Healthcare Quality. The purpose of this society is to promote responsible systematic organization-wide approach to quality that can be used to plan, design, measure, assess, and improve organizational performance.
Common objectives with all of MHA’s societies include but are not limited to:
- Conduct educational programs and activities to strengthen and develop quality management programs and promote professional development.
- Provide a medium for interchanging of ideas.
- Provide a forum on healthcare quality issues and explain the impact of these issues to other appropriate parties.
- Provide multiple avenues that address quality issues.

Box 1909, Madison, MS 39130-1909 along with your yearly dues in the amount of $75.00. Dues will be billed yearly around May/June.
The first meeting of this new society will be in early fall. Look for a Mark Your Calendar notice soon when the date is set!
