Hospital administrators, pharmacy directors and staff, and residency program directors are invited to participate in a survey, “A Potential Pharmacy Leadership Crisis at Small and Rural Hospitals.” The survey was prompted by a lack of literature about small and rural hospital pharmacies despite several studies of potential pharmacy leadership crises. The survey should take about 10 minutes, and individual hospital data will be protected. The deadline to participate is 5 p.m. CST Feb. 23. Get more info here.
