The CCS assessment for 2006 gives a question that in the 2006 Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General has identified "Inpatient Only" services performed on outpatients as an area of interest. "Inpatient Only" procedures are reimbursable to hospitals when performed on outpatients under which circumstance?
