ReThink Health, an organization supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Fannie E. Rippel Foundation, is asking cross-sector collaborative health improvement groups to fill out a survey about their successes, challenges and organizations.
According to RWJF, the Pulse Check survey helps identify “ways that multi-sector partnerships are organized, how they are financed, what needs they have, and how we, and others who share our vision, can best help in their journeys toward building a Culture of Health.”
The first Pulse Check survey, completed in 2014, revealed information about 133 partnerships in 33 states working to improve the health of everyone in their communities. ReThink Health has said it would like to create a more thorough data set on these organizations.
If your organization participates in a cross-sector community health collaborative and would like to complete the survey, it is available at www.rethinkhealth.org/
